The Veg Shed Team
We all have different skills and backgrounds, but we all dig in together share a love of food and a concern for the environment.
Columbine Mulvey: Food Planner, Chef, Nutritionist.
Columbine, is responsible for carefully planning what goes in our bags each week. She is a passionate cook and as the Founder/Director of Wild Cooks her focus is on teaching clients how to create organic and healthy meals. Columbine trained and taught at Leith's School of Food and Wine and ran her own catering company for 6 years. When her sons started school, she started teaching in schools to enable children to make informed healthy choices and to broaden their palates.
Columbine loves spreading the word about the benefits of good nutrition, and how to incorporate it into our everyday life. Writing and planning our recipes as well as our bags. Leaving no scrap of organic vegetable aside to produce less waste and delicious food. You can follow her on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/wildcookery// and read her blogs at https://www.wildcooks.org/

Ian formed Field to Fork in 2013, after a chance meeting with Pete Richardson of Westmill Organics at the Real Farming Conference.
He drives our objectives, buys the produce from our farmers and delivers your bag on our Electric Milk Float as part of the delivery team.
